I am a 20-year resident, and a married mother of twin daughters who were raised in Oro Valley. I graduated from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now Notre Dame of Maryland University) with a BA in English and had a more than 20-year career in technical writing for companies including Random House, IBM and NASA. I also have experience in the insurance industry and in creating and running a medical research nonprofit. I am looking forward to using my varied experience and leadership skills to serve the people of Oro Valley.
I am running for Oro Valley Town Council to make sure you have a voice in the future of our special community. With your vote, I will work to protect the safety, beauty and vital resources of our community.
I will not accept special interest campaign donations to ensure my decisions reflect the interest of Oro Valley residents.
